DITENAVE operational model
DITENAVE operational model
The DITENAVE operational model is regulated by its Programme
Agreement, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
signed by both the stakeholders and the members of the DITENAVE
Association. Potential DITENAVE stakeholders comprise members of
the production and service provision sectors as well as
institutional bodies representing the territory hosting both the
shipbuilding and pleasure boat industries. The Programme Agreement
entrusts the DITENAVE Association with the management of the
District.
The DITENAVE Association comprises the following governing
bodies: the General Assembly, the President and the Strategic
Steering Committee.
At operational level, the President shall make use of the very
structure of the Association which includes:
- The Coordination and Control Structure, which is responsible
for planning and management, on the basis of the intervention
proposals received by the research, innovation and training
systems;
- The Innovation Committee, which identifies top-priority
initiatives aiming at strengthening competitiveness and helping to
bring together innovation demand and supply;
- The Technical Advisory Committee for Research, which issues
non-binding opinions on project proposals;
- The Technical Advisory Committee for Training, which issues
non-binding opinions on training-related projects.
Moreover, the DITENAVE Association makes use of the
collaboration of both the RINAVE Consortium and the Temporary
Association known as Training Centre for Maritime Economy for the
management of research and training respectively.
