progettoMare Friuli Venezia Giulia provides a wide range of
services and training opportunities according to the requirements
of the businesses of the region, the regional employment agency and
DITENAVE.
Special attention is paid to:
- Training of new professional profiles and orientation for young
people towards maritime economy-related occupations;
- Skills updating for the staff already employed in the maritime
industry;
- Analysis of specific company needs to enhance competitiveness
and innovation, with special attention to SMEs and craft businesses
of the maritime sector;
- Promoting collaboration and exchanges among the various actors
of the maritime industry to favour networking and spread good
practices.
Training schemes grouped by intervention area
progettoMare Friuli Venezia Giulia focuses its services and
activities on eight main intervention areas: within each
intervention area, a number of subcategories has been identified,
which will be addressed by the first training activities fostered
by the project. During the three-year period, thanks to the
activities carried out by the Observatory, new categories shall be
created towards which new training activities will be directed.
